Hans has extensive experience in building design, site feasibility, financial modeling, and construction permitting. Prior to founding DRS/Tsuga, Hans developed novel mass timer applications based on holistic manufacturing, logistics, and construction requirements at Katerra. An architect and developer active in Seattle since 2014 Hans has worked on countless bespoke and spec projects. The myths are sick but true: Hans loves unwinding with a warm bath and an excel spreadsheet.
